Let's get ready for your next OBSTACLE COURSE RACE! Whether it's a Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Savage Race, Gladiator Dash, Rugged Maniac, Muddy Dash, Terrain Race or any other non-traditional running event, this program will ensure that you're prepared to tackle anything between you and the finish line! We'll build your strength & endurance using unconventional equipment such as RAMs, tires, cinder blocks, logs, sandbells & slamballs. Training for 4 weeks or more in this small group program with "homework" assignments will ensure that you're prepared for your next event or competition. These sessions will will take place over a 30-day period *RAIN OR SHINE, HOT OR COLD* with a maximum of 6 participants.
